Business Analysis

When we start on a project, we’ll need to know all about your business, your vision, goals and objectives. Once we understand exactly what you are looking for we can get started. This may involve speaking with you and your team, online research and even speaking with your clients if you are happy for us to do so. Once we know what you want to achieve, we will appraise everything that you currently have including design, logo and content; then we will create a Project Plan for discussion.

Creating Your Plan

We will create a Project Plan for you that will enable you to generate productivity, efficiency and profitability. Before we do anything, we will discuss the plan with you in detail and agree on the next stages, we want to make sure that you are happy with everything and that you never have any nasty shocks – only pleasant surprises…

Realizing the Plan

After creating the plan, we are going to realize the plan. Depending on the requirements we develop the software using Microsoft .NET Software like Drupal, Orchard etc. Before the launch of your new software / application it will be thoroughly tested. After your approval we will launch the new software / application on a time which suits you best. Even in the weekend if necessary.

Coaching

We are with you during the implementation too... After the application has been coded, it is now ready to be launched and available to use. We will review the final content and structure with you and arrange suitable times for training and coaching support such that you understand your (web) application's full functionality. Of course, we want to make sure that you get the very best from your new (web) application, so we encourage you to keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on, and of course continue to answer any questions you may have.
